We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend, tried some new recipes, and loved all of them; Caramel cake frosting for Nanette Henson’s caramel cake she ordered, fresh peach ice cream with peaches from a roadside farm stand and tonight, fried green tomatoes from our own garden with panko crumb crust. Oh yeah, and Barefoot Contessa’s Tuscan Lemon Chicken, that is to die for!
